Air xpressions was started when the owner Louise went to some Balloon twisting and decorating classes for a hobby and then developed a passion for this type of art that she took a series of tests to became a Certified Balloon Artist and member of the Qualatex Balloon Network where she has learned how to use the best in the industry products and techniques in design.
